How to stop Windows 11 from turning off your screen

To stop Windows 11 from turning off your screen, right-click Start > Power Options > Screen, sleep, & hibernate timeouts and set the screen timeout to Never.

  1. Right-click the Start button (Windows logo) on the taskbar.
  2. Click Power Options.

  4. Select Never for each option.

  5. Close Settings.

Can't find Power Options? Open Settings > System > Power & battery.

Your screen will stay on until you turn it off.
