How to turn on the blue light filter on an LG Smart TV

This tutorial will show you step by step how to turn on the blue light filter on an LG Smart TV.

I had an LG Smart TV AI ThinQ (32LM57) from 2019, but the steps below should also work for other newer models.

Steps

1. Use the TV remote to open the settings menu.

3. Open Picture settings.

4. Open Additional Settings.

5. Enable Eye Comfort Mode.

Eye Comfort Mode will automatically adjust colour temperature to reduce eye strain.
