Steps

1. Open the Phone app.

2. Tap on the ⋮ icon located next to the search icon (magnifying glass icon).

3. Tap on Settings.

4. Tap on Block numbers.

5. Tap on the - icon next to the number you want to unblock.

The phone number is now unblocked on your Samsung phone.
