How to reset Chrome, Edge, and Firefox to default settings
This tutorial will show you step by step how to reset Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox to default settings in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
How to reset Google Chrome to default settings in Windows 10 and 11
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click on Advanced located in the left sidebar to show more settings.

5. Click on Reset and clean up located at the bottom of the left sidebar.

6. In the Reset and clean up section, you click on Restore settings to their original defaults.

7. When the confirmation window appears, you click on Reset settings.

Google Chrome will now restore its settings to their original defaults.
How to reset Microsoft Edge to default settings in Windows 10 and 11
1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of Edge.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click on Reset settings located in the left sidebar.

5. In the Reset settings section, you click on Restore settings to their default values.

6. When the confirmation window appears, you click on Reset.

Microsoft Edge will now restore its settings to their original defaults.
How to reset Firefox to default settings in Windows 10 and 11
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on the three horizontal lines ≡ in the top-right corner of Firefox.

3. Click on Help.

4. Click on More troubleshooting information.

5. Click on Refresh Firefox.

6. When the confirmation window appears, you click on Refresh Firefox.

Firefox will now restore its settings to their original defaults.
