How to disable “WhatsApp Web is currently active” notification

Learn how to disable the “WhatsApp Web is currently active” notification on a Samsung phone.

Method 1

1. Long-press (press and hold) on the WhatsApp app icon until you see a few options appear.

2. Tap on App info or tap on the (i) info icon located in the top right corner of the options window.

3. Tap on Notifications located at the bottom of your phone's screen.

4. Tap on the toggle button next to Other notifications to disable this option.

The “WhatsApp Web” notification is now disabled on your phone.

1. Swipe down to show the notifications panel.

2. Swipe the “WhatsApp Web is currently active” notification to the left.

3. Tap on the settings icon.
